When you walk into Raffles Palm Jumeirah, it feels like a place of comfort and style. The main hall is grand and welcoming, showing that they really care about the little things and making sure guests feel special. The hotel sits on the Palm Jumeirah, giving you amazing views of the sea and Dubai’s tall buildings. It’s a spot where you can be part of the city’s excitement but also have a quiet place to chill out. The rooms are big and fancy, with everything you need to have a super comfy stay. They’ve really thought about making sure you have a relaxing time, with all the modern stuff you could want and beds that make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Eating here is great, too. They have all kinds of food places, from fancy restaurants to laid-back spots. The people who make the food are really good at what they do, using the best stuff to make meals that look good and taste even better. If you’re looking to relax, the spa is the perfect place. It’s calm and peaceful, with lots of different ways to help you unwind and feel fresh again. No matter why you’re visiting, this place is likely to go beyond what you were expecting.

We had brunch here, but didn’t stay overnight. The property is amazing and the brunch was spectacular. Our table was outside overlooking the pool and the beach, just beyond that. The quality of the food served was top notch as were the choices. The brunch runs from 1 – 4p, but you can stay awhile longer. There are three packages 1.) Soft drinks – juice – tea – coffee 2.) Same as above plus alcohol (see picture of menu) 3.) Same as above plus premium alcohol (see picture of menu). We went with #2 and the servers were good about getting our drink orders in. The crab legs, prime rib, and lamb chops were my favorites, but everything was really tasty. The desserts were fabulous. There was a really good two piece band along with a talented singer throughout the brunch. They were really good, a bit loud, but really good. Note: The Entertainer discount book has 2 for 1 coupons, but you are required to chose the level 2 or 3 package to use them. We were lucky because our hosts had the Entertainer coupons.

Simply wonderful. Booked a last minute deal and loved it. The service was excellent, the food was always perfect and varied enough each day to amaze every time. The pool is lovely, with 4 life guards on the main pool and another in the kids pool. Kids Club was brilliantly run. Spa pool was a refreshing change too. Highly recommended.

Disappointing service at Raffles the Palm Dubai. The rooms are truly spacious and well-maintained. Overall, the entire facility is of a high standard. However, the service does not justify the cost. The lounge access is also not worth the higher room category. Even in the lounge with significantly fewer guests, the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. Tables are not cleared, orders are forgotten (even when sitting with only two other guests upstairs). In the pool area, there are hardly any sun beds available because empty ones are not cleared. In the main restaurant, the music in the evening is far too loud, making it impossible to hear one’s own conversation. Furthermore, there are not enough tables on the weekends as they seem to let visitors book services as well. But the pinnacle was being presented with a bill for two massages, even though I had previously confirmed at reception that we had a couples massage included in our room category or package (which btw is also published as a package on their own website) – unfortunately, I only obtained this confirmation verbally at the reception and we booked through a third party travel agency. After 4 long conversations with the manager (every time telling me he would get back to me, but didn’t), he simply left me to deal with the bills. In addition to the massage bills, approximately AED 1,000 of dinner bills were added to our final bill, which were suddenly deleted when I requested the receipts. All of this seemed like a major scam to us. Never again Raffles the Palm. And if so, let them print out your booking details on paper at check-in!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. They have so many employees around to help at all times. We had a premier ocean room with a balcony and it was regal. Fresh fruit provided every day. My only FYI is that gluten-free options were not fantastic. Mostly individually wrapped buns in plastic. Some servers did not understand what gluten-free meant (would serve me a salad without croutons but would also bring out bread and cookies, asked if it meant I could eat eggs or not…), more of an issue throughout Dubai and not exclusive to Raffles.
